Operations Plan

Admission into our programs will be based on age — that is 16-35 — and not degree qualifications. To qualify, applicants will need to complete a form and undergo an oral interview to assess their competencies.

 

Our teaching program will be held at our physical facility through methods like boot camps, classroom sessions, demos, field trips, and internships.

 

Our offerings include:

This is targeted at creative individuals who look to join the competitive creative economy, by encouraging innovation in production and distribution. This offering is also expected to have social, economic, and cultural benefits.

This is for children aged 5-12. This programs aims to identify and nurture innate talents through boot camps, competitions, and classes.

This will be an annual program for women aged 18 and above, addressing challenges in the pursuit of business, professional, and personal success.

This includes Training, seminars, and classes to harness skills for business. We will also connect participants with investors and funders.

Training Methodology

This project will employ methodologies that have been proven to improve learning. They include:
