HI Foundation is a nonprofit organization, located in the state of EKITI (Egbewa GRA, Road 3 street, Kayode Akinyemi close, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria), and our core objective at the Handy Innovative Foundation is to extend a transformative chance to individuals hailing from underprivileged backgrounds.

Through the provision of vocational expertise, empowerment initiatives, comprehensive employability programs, and academic scholarships, our mission is to provide hands-on training by employing innovative solutions to drive creativity and build human capacity, thereby giving individuals from underserved communities the opportunity to reach their maximum potential..

Our vision is to be Africa’s leading trade institute, providing quality education and skills acquisition to prepare individuals for employment and entrepreneurship..

HI Foundation was founded in 2020 by Adeola Adesola-Olafikun, the CEO, Lydia-Becca Films Limited, an entertainment production company. She currently works closely with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. During the COVID-19 outbreak, Adeola founded Hi Foundation, initially as an organization to help people in the underserved communities with Free Food Aid annually.

Our core values prioritize the DEVELOPMENT of African youths and women through skill and character development, catalyzing positive change in their lives and the wider community. Other values include impact in the society, and stewardship. These are the values that guide our work at HI Foundation.
